These terms govern your use of the PowerFAST app and charging stations — the same User Agreement you accept when creating an account in the app.
1. The service
PowerFAST lets you rent a portable power bank from any station and return it to any station in our network.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. Keep your sign-in credentials safe — rentals made from your account are your responsibility.
3. Fees and billing
Rentals are charged by elapsed time at the rate of the battery you choose — Standard or Fast Charge (premium). The exact fee rules, including the daily cap, are always shown before you confirm a rental, and you are charged automatically when you return the power bank.
4. Returns
Return the power bank to any free slot at any PowerFAST station. The rack registers the return automatically, or you can scan the rack QR to confirm it yourself. A return receipt is issued either way.
5. Late return, loss and damage
If a power bank is not returned, charges accrue until the daily cap is reached, after which the cap is treated as the purchase price and the power bank becomes yours. Deliberate damage may be charged at the same price.
6. Wallet and refunds
Wallet top-ups can be used for any rental. If you believe a charge is wrong, open the order in Rental History and tap Feedback within 30 days — support responds within 48 hours.
7. Watts rewards
Watts points and tier perks are a goodwill program, hold no cash value and may be adjusted or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
8. Acceptable use
Do not tamper with stations or power banks, use them for anything unlawful, or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
Power banks are provided as-is for charging personal devices. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect losses is excluded, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time once active rentals are returned and fees are settled. We may end the agreement with 30 days notice.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
